Protection against damage
If the tenant causes damage to the property that exceeds the amount of your deposit, Spotahome will cover up to an additional €/£500.
Cancellation protection
If the tenant cancels the booking with less than 2 months' notice you will receive half of the first rental payment. If the tenant cancels with less than 1 month's notice, you will receive the full payment.
